結論から書きますが、Layer_Style_Advanceノードの更新により、現在protobufが更新の度に5.29に固定される設定になっていますが、更に質が悪い事に、このバージョン縛りはノードそのものによって定義されている (requirements.txt等によって)訳でなく、ノードを構成する他のライブラリーの何か (そこまで特定はできていない)によって起きる現象です。
